This is the second year Publift has participated in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey as a way to ensure the people at the business enjoy what they do, who they work with, and where they work.The GPTW survey uses 3 decades worth of research to understand workplace culture. Every employee takes the GPTW survey that looks at different aspects of the workplace — intimacy, equity, collaboration, impartiality and support, to name a few.
